What each cycle includes

Every monthly cycle produces a P and L summary, department-level cost breakdown, cash position report, and a one-page executive summary with AI-generated narrative tied to actual variances. Reports are delivered in PDF and Excel. Significant anomalies — transactions outside normal ranges, missing data from a source system — are flagged before delivery, not buried in footnotes.

Configuration stays current

Chart of accounts changes, new cost centers, and reporting format adjustments are handled within the subscription. You submit a change request, it is applied before the next cycle. There is no additional charge for routine configuration updates.

Where human review still matters

The AI identifies what changed and by how much. Interpreting why it changed — a strategic decision, a supplier issue, a one-time item — requires your team. Reports are designed to make that conversation faster, not to replace it. Review typically takes 20-40 minutes per cycle once the team is accustomed to the format.

Subscription terms

Minimum three-month commitment. Month-to-month pricing is available at a higher rate. Onboarding takes two to three weeks before the first live cycle.
