AI Financial Reporting Audit and Configuration Workshop
Two days of focused configuration work
This is a hands-on engagement, not a presentation. By the end of day two, you will have a working report pipeline connected to at least one live data source, producing output in your required format. What gets built depends on what you bring to the session.
Day one: audit and architecture
The first day maps your current process — which systems hold what data, where the manual steps are, and what the final report needs to contain. Common findings include redundant manual steps that add two to three hours per cycle, data fields that exist in source systems but never make it into reports, and formatting work that happens in Excel after the numbers are already correct.
Day two: build and test
Integration connections are established, report templates configured, and two or three test runs completed against your actual data. You leave with a working setup, not a roadmap. Documentation is written during the session, not after.
What you need to bring
Admin access to your accounting or ERP system, two or three examples of reports you currently produce, and at least one person from your finance team who understands the numbers. The session does not work without someone who can validate that the output is correct.
After the workshop
Thirty days of email support is included. Additional changes or integrations after the session are scoped separately. The pipeline you leave with is yours to operate independently.
